Starting at 7:00AM, enjoy a calming meditation session followed by a sunrise mat Pilates class led by Cowboys Fit on Tostitos Championship Plaza.
After class, stay to enjoy a seasonal mini-market featuring a variety of wellness-focused offerings, relax with a complimentary chair massage provided by Hiatus, and browse local vendors for feel-good finds. It’s the perfect opportunity to reset your energy, connect with your community, and celebrate the spirit of the fall equinox.
