Training Camp at The Star presented by American Airlines is returning to Ford Center at The Star in Frisco.

The Dallas Cowboys will host four practices as part of 2021 Training Camp presented by American Airlines at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Training Camp practices provide fans the opportunity to see Dallas Cowboys players and coaches as they prepare for the 2021 season.

The training camp schedule in Frisco will kick off with Cowboys Night presented by American Airlines on Monday, August 16th. Activities on Tostitos Championship Plaza will begin at 4 p.m. with a live DJ, performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, giveaways and more.  Opening Ceremonies will begin at 5:15 p.m. on the field at Ford Center with a welcome address from Owner, President and General Manager, Jerry Jones, followed by practice at 6 p.m. Cowboys Night presented by American Airlines will be broadcast on TXA21, DallasCowboys.com and Cowboys Now with hosts Drew Pearson and Bill Jones, along with appearances by Dallas Cowboys Media personalities.

Additional practices as part of 2021 Training Camp presented by American Airlines will be held on Friday, August 20th at 10:15 a.m., Friday, August 27th at 11:15 a.m., and Saturday, August 28th at 10:15 a.m.

All training camp practices are free and open to the public.

Training Camp
Monday, August 16 – Cowboys Night presented by American Airlines begins at 4:00 p.m. on Tostitos Championship Plaza and practice begins at 6:00 p.m. (Doors open at 5:00 p.m.)
Friday, August 20 – Practice begins at 10:15 a.m. (Doors open at 9:45 a.m.)
Friday, August 27 – Practice begins at 11:15 a.m. (Doors open at 10:45 a.m.)
Saturday, August 28 – Practice begins at 10:15 a.m. (Doors open at 9:45 a.m.)

The Dallas Cowboys are excited to return to Frisco for 2021 Dallas Cowboys Training presented by American Airlines.  As Texas continues to safely transition to in-person events, fans will be able to attend practices, however player access and autographs will not be available due to NFL Covid-related protocols. 

All fans attending Training Camp will be required to complete the Fan Policy form. QR codes will be available to complete the form on-site, or you may do so in advance by clicking HERE. Fans MUST NOT come to Training Camp if they have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or know they’ve been exposed to COVID-19. If you are feeling sick, stay at home.

Security & Bag Policy

All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within Ford Center. Metal detection and wand screenings will be used at entry points to Ford Center. Re-entry is not permitted.
