A limited number of VIP tickets are available for purchase for each day of the Country Kickoff festival on Seatgeek beginning Friday, May 3.

    All ages are welcome.
  • What is the ACM Country Kickoff at The Star?
    The ACM Country Kickoff at The Star is a two-day fan celebration leading into Country Music’s Biggest party of the year: The 59th Academy of Country Music Awards on May 16th.
  • Where can I park?
    There are several parking lots and garages located at The Star. To view the preferred arrival route and parking map, click here
  • Is there a fee to park?
    Parking at any of the parking lots or parking garages at The Star is free.
  • Are there restrooms available?
    Yes, there will be restroom trailers on the west side of Cowboy’s Way and on The Star Boulevard as well as permanent restrooms located in the western breezeway of the Tostitos Championship Plaza
  • Are volunteers needed for the event?
    Volunteers are needed at a variety of ACM events. Please click here if you are interested in volunteering.
  • Is the ACM Country Kickoff ADA-friendly?
    Yes, the event is ADA friendly. The permanent restrooms located in the western breezeway of the Tostitos Championship Plaza are accessible to our guests with disabilities. Additionally, there is a designated ADA viewing area for our guests with wheelchairs along with companion seating located on the east side of The Plaza.
  • Is there food and beverage available for purchase?
    Yes, we will have food and beverage available at the event. Choose from Cousins Maine Lobster, Cane Rosso, Butcher’s Son, Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs or The Common Table. Plus, visit the Coors Light Beer Garden for a variety of beverages ranging from beer, wine, water and soda.
  • What form of payment is accepted?
    Only Debit/Credit cards will be accepted with all food and beverage partners.
  • Is outside food and beverage allowed?
    Water is allowed. No other outside food and beverage is allowed.
  • Where is rideshare pickup/dropoff?
    The rideshare pick-up and drop-off is located in the Gridiron Lot off of Cowboys Way and Gridiron Road. Click here to view parking at The Star.
  • What bags are allowed at the event?
    We strongly recommend all attendees to limit the number of items they bring with them to the Tostitos Championship Plaza. Security reserves the right to observe any bag that may appear suspicious.
  • What is not permitted at the event?
    Weapons, airhorns, aerosol canisters, coolers, lawn chairs, bicycles, skateboards and/or hoverboards, laser pointers, drones and/or remote-controlled aircraft devices, large cameras with detachable lenses and video equipment, umbrellas, smoking and outside food and beverages other than water are all prohibited.
  • Is there First Aid available at the event?
    If you require First Aid, you can visit the First Aid tent located on the west side of Cowboys Way.
  • Where is Lost and Found at the event?
    The Lost and Found is located at the First Aid tent located on the west side of Cowboys Way.
  • What is the protocol for inclement weather?
    In the event of inclement weather at the ACM Country Kickoff at The Star, pertinent information regarding an emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be announced at the stage and on the Plaza televisions.
  • Can you tell me more about safety and security?
    The safety and security of our guests is our highest priority. The City of Frisco Police Department participates in the safety and security of our patrons. City of Frisco police officers are located throughout the event.
  • What should I do if I see something out of the ordinary?
    If you or anyone in your party see something suspicious, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer. Remember if you See Something, Say Something!
  • What is the protocol for emergencies?
    Should you or anyone in your party require immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer. In the event of a serious emergency at the ACM Country Kickoff at The Star, all event staff, event security, police and Frisco Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding an emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be announced at the stage and on the Plaza televisions.
  • Are animals allowed at the event?
    Animals are not permitted at the ACM Country Kickoff at The Star. However, ACM Country Kickoff at The Star guests with disabilities and their service animals or service animals-in-training are permitted in the event.
  • What can you expect to find at the ACM Country Kickoff at The Star?
    The ACM Country Kickoff will feature a Coors Light beer garden, food trucks, country-themed photo opportunities, ACM Awards show merchandise, The ACM Red Barrel Lounge presented by Princess Cruise Lines, and an exclusive Lucas Oil VIP experience! There will be activations by a host of partners, including ACM Lifting Lives, Ashley HomeStore, Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, Coors Light, Debbie’s Dream Foundation, Fritos, Kendra Scott, Korbel, Lucas Oil, North Texas Ford, and Princess Cruise Lines.
