SANTA AT THE STAR

Santa’s Cowboys Cottage is located on the east side of The Star District at 3620 The Star Blvd, Suite 1205 (across from Ascension).  Parking is available in the Silver Parking Garage.

In an effort to make visiting Santa a safe and fun environment for everyone, the below precautions will be implemented and enforced at all times.

• Santa’s cottage will be thoroughly sanitized each night and twice during operating hours
• Hand sanitizing stations will be provided upon entry and exit
• Socially distanced photos are available upon requests
• Santa will wear a mask upon request

Walk-ins are accepted, however we recommend booking in advance in order to limit your wait time.

Yes, if you arrive without an appointment, the staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment.

The total cost of a visit with Santa is $40 and includes one 5×7 photo, and gifts from Santa for each child. The reservation system requires a $30 deposit when you book your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total balance at check-out after your visit.

We’re happy to reschedule your appointment. Please contact the set by calling (817) 561-7775 or email santaatthestar@epstudios.net to adjust your appointment time.

There are no cancellations or refunds after you have booked your appointment.  There are no refunds for no-shows. You will be able to log in to your account and change your appointment while times slots are still available.

If your child is sick on the day of their appointment, you can call us at (817) 561-7775 or email santaatthestar@epstudios.net at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment and we will make every effort to try to accommodate you on another day.

We ask that families check in 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please plan ahead and leave time to park.

If you are more than five minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (817) 561-7775 or email santaatthestar@epstudios.net to confirm that we will be able make adjustments to accommodate you. Please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled if appointments are full.

While there are many areas at The Star that we believe are wonderful backdrops for selfies and family pictures, the use of personal cameras and video recorders is prohibited at the Santa set.

Yes, with an appointment. Well behaved, leashed, people-friendly pets will be welcomed.

Santa offers each child who visits him a teddy bear or a football.

There are restrooms available upon request.
